FDM, a FTSE 250 company with 25 global offices, faced increasing competition in tech recruitment and needed to reclaim its leadership position. The challenge was to build a brand that communicated effectively to five distinct audiences, built loyalty, and instilled pride. To achieve this, we developed practical brand tools, including guidelines, icons, bespoke illustrations by Sua Balac, a launch video, social templates, animations, and a core messaging framework.
